Tracksheets
A list of the people to reach against the records that reach them: attempts, outcomes, appointments, stages across forms and the next action for each.

On this page
A tracksheet follows a list of the people (or households) a study must reach against the interviews that reach them. It lives on a monitoring project's Tracking page, and can be placed on a dashboard as a Tracking item.
The list
The list is the form's attached preload, a list uploaded on the Tracking page, or the workspace's case list. A second list can add columns by the same ID.
Joripo proposes each tracksheet: the list's ID column and the form's field holding the same ID (the form's pulldata() or search() names them; otherwise the values that match), the outcome, consent and appointment fields, the outcomes that end a case (refused, deceased, migrated, wrong number …) and the area column. It asks only for what it could not find. A form's Dashboard button makes the tracksheet by itself when the form reads an attached list by an ID it asks.
What each person gets
- the number of attempts, the first and the last, and who made the last;
- the last outcome, consent and the appointment it set;
- the calls made today;
- a status: completed; final, not interviewed (a final outcome, or the attempts ran out); in progress; or not attempted;
- the next action: first attempt, try again, try tomorrow (when today's calls are made), or the appointment.
Stages are other forms each person also needs (a household's roster, one interview per member as the list's household size says), in this project or another of the workspace; completed means all of them.
The summary
The summary counts everyone by status and by the area column, the next actions, the attempts, and what needs fixing: IDs in the data that are not on the list, people completed twice, people listed twice. The sheet itself is one row per person, searchable, filtered by status, sorted and paged, and downloadable.
