Case management
Panel and follow-up studies: a list of households or people to visit again, assigned to enumerators, opened from the phone, and kept up to date from the data.
A panel or follow-up study visits the same units again: households, respondents, schools. Each one is a case. The enumerator picks a case from a list on Joripo Collect and opens the right form with the case's ID already filled in; when the interview comes back, the server marks the case done for that round and can update the list from the answers.
- Setting up a case listTurning a beneficiary list into the workspace's case list, the columns it holds, who sees each case, and making forms case-aware.
- Cases on the phoneWhat an enumerator sees under Manage cases in Joripo Collect, opening a case's form, and working offline.
- Rounds, progress and updates from dataHow a case is completed, rounds of a panel, reassignment, updating case details from answers, and catching the same person interviewed twice.
- A case's page, notes and who can see whatThe case table, each case's own page with its interviews, notes and history, and the rules for identifying case lists.
