Forms, drafts and case lists stay on the phone. Signing in and getting forms need a connection once. An interview is saved a couple of seconds after each answer, and one the phone closed appears under Recovered interviews.

- Install the file.Open the downloaded file. If Android asks, allow your browser to install unknown apps (Settings › Apps › Special access), then go back and install.
- Update the same way.Download the new version here and install it over the old one. Forms, drafts and anything waiting to be sent stay on the phone.

2 · Sign in
Open Joripo Collect and sign in with the same three things you use on the web:
- Server nameYour organisation's server name. Your manager can tell you what it is.
- Email or usernameData collectors usually sign in with a username their organisation gave them.
- PasswordYour Joripo password.

Your organisation may need to approve a new phone first. Once it is approved, tap Get blank forms.
No account? An owner or manager can create a device key on the workspace's Field team page. Tap Use a device key instead in the app and scan the key's QR code.

Sends by itself
Finalized forms go to this server when a connection returns, even with the app closed, unless your server is set to send only when you tap Send.
Forms in your language
The app's own screens are in English. Forms can be written in several languages, and you switch language on the form screen.
Joripo Collect is not on Google Play and there is no iPhone app: install it from this page. Respondents and staff without an Android phone can fill web forms in any browser while they have a connection. More in Help › Collecting data and Help › Phones and devices, or read about Joripo Collect.
