Enumerator scorecards

Enumerators on a form's card in Monitor opens the enumerator scorecards: for each enumerator, their submissions, their findings, findings per submission, their median interview duration and when they were last active. It reads the enumerator question from the form's question map; if the scorecards are empty, look at Which question holds what in the form's quality-check settings.

The Flag rate vs. peers check turns the same numbers into a finding when one enumerator stands out from the rest of the team.

Quota and stratum tracking

Quotas shows progress against your targets, stratum by stratum: how many interviews each stratum needs and how many it has. An owner or manager sets the targets right there, a stratum and its target per row (the strata already seen in submissions are offered), and removes one with Remove. The stratum comes from the question mapped as the stratum in the form's question map.

Field monitoring for more

Scorecards and quotas answer the everyday questions. For indicators of your own, targets with a fieldwork window, an enumerator-by-day productivity matrix and dashboards, set up field monitoring.
